making space / seeking comfort

This site-specific installation unfolds the layers around what it means to be content, the journey in finding comfort, and how the pair coexist wrapped in context and personal narrative.

The sculptural forms presented appear familiar yet remain ambiguous, making reference to a domestic vernacular. They live nestled within an altered environment, calling on emotional muscle memory; pulsing with a sense of the past, the urgency of the present, and the mystery of a time yet to come.
